The real question is if any of these are actually any good, lol.
Good like good content, or technically/gameplay good?
Many of them are good. The main problem with 3D games is dev hell or endless remakes.

What are your suggestions? I clicked through a few and they were all 1 or 2 stars. The one 5 star one was the visual novel with barely any ero content. Most are really early in development or abandoned.
It's funnily enough a mirror of the actual SFW FNAF fanwork community.

No majority suck, the three decent ones are Fuck Nights at Fredrika's, Frankie's Funclub, and Fap Nights at Frenni's Night Club.
But fredrika got fucked development wise, Frankie has good update cycle but now rarely gets anything now with a boring loop, and Frenni's content is limted and gameplay loop is meh.

Well..Ratings are very subjective and fixed on a certain version. Sometimes the content and quality may change.
In Heat,Frankie's Funclub,Cumrooms, Haunting Havens(not exactly FNAF, but it has a similar gameplay style). Also Five Nights at KinksDom looks good, but the gameplay sucks and the dev is struggling with it.
In the end, even those bad minigames from Mikifur have their own charm.

Well, to be fair, that's true for the SFW side too. It's why a lot of them purposefully took inspiration but moved their own way and in doing so pushed mascot horror overall, i.e. poppy's playtime, Indigo Park, etc.
Too many people jumped on FNAF basically being hyper-popular yet effectively public domain without really understanding why it's popular or doing much to advance anything.
I'm not the hugest FNAF fan but I find the setting and concept novel enough, and like horror/mascot horror overall. I've played some really good indie games and I think it'd be cool to do a proper NSFW sexual horror take, but yeah most of them aren't great even as games, let alone as pron.
And the pron is kinda given with what rule34, furries, and the community has already done to FNAF lol.

i don't remember where to find the game but 'One Night in Kisekae' is a game with fnaf gameplay (camera, light, door) with anime style girl
